Share What You Love

One of the benefits of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is the opportunity we have to get our hands on new product before it is released.  I recently purchased a bundle of new catalog products to share at a class I had last week.   Each of these cards were created with the Love What You Do stamp set, the gorgeous Share What You Love Designer Paper and the beautiful Lovely Floral Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

The first card I designed was this simple note card.  I purposely designed this card so that it could be created in a variety of colors that featured different pieces of the "Share What You Love" Designer Series Paper.  The bottom strip of solid card stock was embossed with the Lovely Floral embossing folder.

The "thank you" sentiment was stamped on a piece of white cardstock that was punched out with one of our newest punches called Tailored Tag.  It's hard to tell from this photo but the back two cards are shimmery because this card stock has many pieces that have a pearlized finish to them.

The next card also used a piece of the pearlized designer paper but it used both sides.  If you flip the floral designer paper on the left side of the card it will reveal the leafy green print that you see on the right side of the card.  This card shows a little more of the Lovely Floral embossing folder on the center strip of card stock on this card.  I used Stampin' Blends to color the flowers that I stamped close to the "Beautiful Day" sentiment.

This next card displays my favorite piece of Designer Paper in the Share What You Love Paper Stack.  I am glad that this particular specialty paper comes in a larger pack of 24 sheets and has four 12 x 12 sheets of each of these gorgeous designs.

I always share my favorite card last.  For this particular set of cards my favorite was this gift card holder created from a note card.  Here is what is looks like on the inside.

I cut the left side of the card at 2 inches from the bottom edge to the center fold of the card.  I then glued down the outside edges with Tear & Tape.  Since I didn't glue the inside edge it makes the perfect pocket to insert a gift card.

I think these new products were appropriately named because as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I feel really do Love what I do.  I also feel really privileged that a part of my job is to SHARE what I love.  What a blessing!

After joining Stampin' Up! almost 20 years ago I quickly felt this way before I even knew our companies Statement of the heart which says:  "To Love what we do and Share what we love, as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments, in this We make a Difference".

We live in a world filled with people who are in desperate need of encouragement and hope.  Whether you realize it or not you CAN make a difference in the way you love and share with others around you.   I hope that as you go through this day you will remember that you have the ability to bring real change.  So go out and Love what you do as you Share what you love.

Stamped Blessings,

Cindy
