I recently met Heather of Egans Fit Body Boot Camp in Aiea. I signed up to work out there for a couple of weeks and thought that would be the end of it because the facility is really far from my house.
I made this card for Heather, the manager and one of the trainers, on the day that I "thought" would be my last day working out there. I thought the Apple of My Eye stamp set would be perfect because of all the healthy fruit stamped on the front. Something that I'm learning I need to eat more of.
This was a super simple card to make and its hard to see in the photo but I used the wink of stella brush to add some shimmer to the pears.
As I said my goodbye's to Heather she handed me a rose as it was close to Valentines Day so all who came in to work out that day were blessed with a flower. It was just a small gesture but in my short time working out there I saw how the staff went the extra mile to do special things like that. They offer words of encouragement daily, support the local community in various ways and genuinely show that they care about inspiring others to better health and fitness.
So I took this photo thinking this was my final workout but little did I know my fitness journey was just beginning. I am really excited and glad that I found someone as sweet as Heather to inspire me and help me reach my health and fitness goals and glad that I could create a card with my Stampin' Up! products to express my gratitude for my sweet new friend.
