Holiday Survival Kits

We were so blessed to have Roanna demonstrate at our retreat this year.  Roanna is an incredibly talented crafter who gives a lot of attention to the details in everything she sets her heart to accomplish.   Let's take a look at some of the amazing kits Roanna created and shared.

Santa Survival Kit

Santa Survival Kit

This Santa survival kit is so cute!  I love the little details like the rhinestones on the "O"'s in the word, "Ho-Ho-Ho".  Roanna also took the time to drill holes in the stamp case so that a handle could be added.  This project is SO cute on the outside but wait until you see what is hidden inside.

Do you see what I mean about detail?  Roanna created cute toppers for cookies and a milk straw. She also made toppers for Reindeer noses and Reindeer food.  Also in the kit is an "oh so cute" santa gift card holder that holds a Starbucks gift card inside.  All of this was brought together with this perfect poem Roanna created that says:

"Santa will soon be out and about, delivering those gifts, on time with no doubt!  A Santa Survival Kit in his sleigh, to complete his mission without delay.  Milk and Cookies seems overly done, but high on his snack list remains #1.  Magical reindeer food he will need, to make sure his reindeers are at lightening speed.  Spare noses for Rudolph to ensure there is light, guiding them through the cold winter's night.  When his last gift is delivered he'll give Rudolph a wink, a hint that he's longing for an adult drink.  So off to the last stop of the night, to use his Starbuck's gift card, what else?.... That's right!!!

Isn't that fun?  Let's take a closer look at the amazing Santa Starbucks Gift Card holder.

I love how the beard tucks into the mustache to hide the gift inside.  Here's a look at the inside of the card.

Another one of Roanna's creations was this Elf Survival Kit. The elf is so cute.  I just love him!  I also love how this kit had tons of candy inside, and jolly ranchers were the perfect addition to this sweet Survival Kit.  Wouldn't you agree?

Handmade Holiday Tags make a great gift because they are practical and fun!  Roanna used the same kit idea and combined with with our Holiday Tag Kit to create this cute case that is filled with Holiday tags.  With or without tags, the case alone would make a great gift wrap for ANY gift.

Below are all the fun tags and gift card holders that Roanna put inside this kit.  Love, Love, Love all of them!  Seeing all these great tags is so inspiring.  I need to get to work making some as Christmas will be here before we know it.

At the end of Roanna's presentation, we played a fun game with candy.  Janelle, pictured below on the right, was the lucky winner of Roanna's Santa Survival Kit.  It was great to be able to bless her with such an awesome prize.

I really am thankful that Roanna is a part of my Stamped With Aloha ohana and that she was willing to share such wonderful creations with all of us.  I know I was inspired to create some Holiday Survival Kits this year and hope that you were inspired to make some of your own too!
